Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- The product must not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Small appliances that have been removed from their packaging
- Any products with removed serial numbers or damaged tamper-proof seals
- Special order or customized items
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Affix the provided return label (or use your own shipping method for non-defective returns) and ship to:

Once received at our facility, we will inspect the item and process your request within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation when:

Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs to resend your replacement item.
International Returns

- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
