Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The product must not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Small appliances that have been removed from their packaging
