Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (CAD $12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes order tracking
Free Shipping (Orders over CAD $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain Asian regions and remote locations.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions). International customers are responsible for:
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees
- Compliance with local import regulations
Returns & Exchanges
Our premium kitchen appliances are built to last, but if you’re not completely satisfied, our returns process is as straightforward as operating our high-end refrigerators.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Product must not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Small appliances that have been removed from their packaging
- Any products with removed serial numbers or damaged tamper-proof seals
- Special order or customized items

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item with all original accessories and documentation. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
After we receive your return:

Refund Information
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Issued within 3-5 business days after return approval
- Appears in your account within 5-10 additional business days (varies by financial institution)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
International Returns
For customers outside Canada:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds are issued in CAD (currency conversion may apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
